SOLUBLE CUTTING OIL is a MULTI-PURPOSE SOLUBLE CUTTING OIL

manufactured from carefully selected  paraffin base oils and proprietary emulsifiers which have a bearing on the clarity and stability of the emulsion even with water of 1000ppm hardness. A stable milky white emulsion is prepared by adding the oils to water, with continuous stirring.

SOLUBLE CUTTING OIL gives the desired cooling characteristics, provides rust protection and lubricity for the cutting operation with good finish of work piece and longer life for tools.

SOLUBLE CUTTING OIL is also fortified with appropriate biocides to keep control of bacterial growth.

APPLICATION: SOLUBLE CUTTING OIL is recommended for a variety of cutting operations on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. For general machining operations the emulsion is normally prepared with more then 20% oil and for grinding operation the emulsion has 10% oil.

SOLUBLE SYNTHETIC is a Premium quality synthetic type MULTI- PURPOSE SOLUBE SYNTHETIC CUTTING OIL manufactured from carefully selected synthetic base oils and proprietary emulsifiers which have a bearing on the clarity and stability of the emulsion even with water of 1000ppm hardness. A stable milky white emulsion is prepared by adding the oils to water, with continuous stirring. SOLUBLE SYNTHETIC gives the desired cooling characteristics, provides rust protection and lubricity for the cutting operation with good finish of work piece and longer life for tools. SOLUBLE SYNTHETIC is also fortified with appropriate biocides to keep control of bacterial growth. It is only recommend for ferrous metals & alloys. Dilution ratio is 10%  gives excellent grinding with smooth surface finish.

APPLICATION: SOLUBLE SYNTHETIC is recommended for a variety of cutting operations on both ferrous and alloys metals. For grinding machining operations. Caution:Not recommended for machining of magnesium as fine chips of magnesium is a fire hazard when moistened with water.

Kyros Epsol Super 16 is a novel and environment friendly water soluble metal working fluidformulation. It does produce a milky emulsion, when diluted with water.

Kyros Epsol Super 16 issuitable for all moderate machining and grinding operations on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Kyros Epsol Super 16 provides excellent corrosion inhibition performance even in hard waterconditions. Kyros Epsol Super 16 is free from hazardous substances.
