ELECTRON is fluid medium specially developed to meet the requirements of all types of transformers from medium to extra high voltage range ensuring optimum performance and safety of the transformers. It cools the transformers and insulates the coils from electric short circuit. It is non-conductive and has excellent fluidity, even at low temperature (-6°C). It has high flash point resulting in low evaporation losses and has good dielectric properties resulting in minimum power loss.

APPLICATION : ELECTRON is recommend to use in all type of small and heavy transformers and electric starters and other electric equipments which are required transformer oil.

Quenching oil is a type of oil used in the heat treatment of metal to achieve specific mechanical properties through a process known as quenching. Quenching is a critical step in heat treatment, where a metal workpiece is rapidly cooled from a high temperature to room temperature or below. This rapid cooling helps to harden the metal by altering its internal structure.
Quenching oils are carefully formulated to provide the necessary cooling rates without causing excessive distortion, cracking, or other undesirable effects. The selection of quenching oil is a critical factor in ensuring the success of the heat treatment process, and it often involves considering factors such as the alloy composition of the metal, the desired hardness, and the specific heat treatment process being used.

These oils are not recommended for use in open systems where hot oil is exposed directly to the air. If they spray or escape from leakage points, hot oil may spontaneously ignite.
