MAZOL HLP grades are mineral oil based top quality hydraulic oils having outstanding corrosion protection /oxidation inhibition properties. They are made from highly purified base oils and combination of selected additives to give the finished product with outstanding oxidation stability, water separation capability and anticorrosion properties. The use of an oil soluble type foam suppressant provides MAZOL HLP series excellent anti­ foam characteristics.

MAZOL AW oils are premium grade extra heavy duty antiwear hydraulic oils with outstanding thermal & oxidation stability andhave exceptional loadcarryingcapacityasindicatedbyhighFZGrating(11StagePass).Theseoilsareblended from highly purifiedselectedbase oils fortifiedwith high quality antioxidant, antiwear additives to satisfythe increased demands of thermalandoxidation stability ofmodern fluids. These oilshave excellent hydraulic stability, demulsibility,airrelease characteristic andhave good filterability.

APPLICATION:MAZOLAWarerecommended forhighpressurehydraulic system,especially for sophisticated high performance electro hydraulic or numerically controlled system,in hydrauliccouplingsanddrivemotorbearings.Theseoilscanalsobeusedinscrewcompressor and enclosed gear boxes due to their outstanding thermal andoxidation stability.

These are premium anti-wear hydraulic oils which are blended from hydroprocess base oils and carefully selected anti-rust, anti-foam, anti-oxidants and anti-wear additives. they are fortified with very carefully selected anti wear additives which are very affictive during very high or low load working conditions. they also show exceptional hydrolytic stability and dimulsibility, resist and deterioration due to water contamination. These oils are compatible with seals normally used in hydraulic system.
