BLUE GEL GREASE is Synthetic base with EP additives which provides excellent lubrication and protection to the components and bearings even under most severe and stringent opreting conditions. It meets the requiremwnts of NLGI-3 specifications.

Calcium Graphite Grease with a calcium-based thickener and graphite acts as a solid lubricant. It is frequently employed in heavy-duty applications, including mining equipment, construction equipment, and other industrial machinery that needs to have a high load-carrying capacity and protection from shock loading. This is appropriate for use in damp or humid environments because Calcium Graphite Grease resists water washout and offers good adhesion to metal surfaces. By acting as a solid lubricant, graphite offers additional resistance to wear and lowers friction between metal surfaces. For added performance and to increase equipment longevity, it also includes other additives like anti-wear agents, rust inhibitors, and oxidation inhibitors.

It is a lithium complex grease, activated with poly tetra fluoro ethyline the teflon polymer (PTFE) is smooth & homogeneous, free from objectionable odour & visible impurities. It possesses good pumpability characteristics & is free from deleterious materials and fillers. Teflon laminate the bearing balls and reduce wear and tear due to this process jurks quantity highly reduced and bearing get longer life. This grease also works as high temperature EP upto 210°C.

MAZOL NLGI GREASE is a non drop high temperature synthetic grease with smooth & homogeneous, free from objectionable odour & visible impurities. It possesses good pumpability characteristics, it is free from deleterious materials and fillers.
